Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On November 13, 2007, Alex N. Braverman, Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign, effective November 27, 2007, to accept a position at another company. Robert E. Hult, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will perform the functions of the principal accounting officer of the Company until such time as the Company appoints a replacement for Mr. Braverman.
