In addition, the customer has won the program and we have an initial purchase order from the customer. Pursuit We have a Design Win with a prime contractor who is bidding to win a program of record, or we are bidding to win content on a program of record that has either already been awarded to a prime contractor or that the prime contractor is also bidding on.
