Mr. Aslett has served as Mercury’s President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2007. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Enterasys Networks, a public technology company, from 2003 to 2006, and held various positions with Marconi plc and its affiliated companies, including Executive Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Portfolio Management, and President of Marconi Communications—North America, from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Aslett served on the Board of Directors of Enterasys Networks from 2004 to 2006. He has also held positions at GEC Plessey Telecommunications, as well as other telecommunications-related technology firms.

Mr. Cambria is Mercury’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for the direction and management of Mercury's legal affairs, including support for mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has more than 30 years’ experience providing strategic oversight of legal and regulatory matters, managing major acquisition transactions and serving as a key advisor in rapidly growing business environments.

Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Cambria served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., where he managed all legal and regulatory matters as well as the acquisition of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne for $550M. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at L-3 Communications Corporation where he managed L-3’s IPO and NYSE listing and completed over 100 M&A transactions including the acquisitions of The Titan Corp for $2.74B and Raytheon's Aircraft Integrations Systems division for $1.15B. He has also worked at the law firms of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Mr. Cambria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Nelson Erickson is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for all M&A activities at Mercury, to include transaction sourcing, execution, and financing. In addition, Mr. Erickson leads Mercury’s Investor Relations activities.

Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Erickson worked in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Company where he led sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, restructurings, and debt and equity offerings. Mr. Erickson has held government positions in the U.S. Senate and Office of the Secretary of Defense, where he focused on issues including special operations force structure policy and technology investment, counter-proliferation policy, budget formulation, and financial management.

Mr. Erickson is a recipient of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service. He received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA from Colgate University.

Thomas Huber is Mercury Systems’ Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer. In this key role, he is responsible for leading the Company’s 1MPACT strategic value creation initiative with a goal of achieving Mercury’s full growth, margin expansion and adjusted EBITDA potential over the course of the next five years. As 1MPACT efforts progress, he will focus on six major areas: organizational efficiency and scalability; procurement and supply chain optimization; facilities optimization; R&D investment efficiency; capital and asset efficiency; and scalable common processes and systems.

Mr. Huber brings to Mercury 20 years of global experience in industry and management consulting, partnering with Fortune 500 senior executives and management teams addressing their most pressing issues such as large-scale transformations for public and private companies resulting in significant performance step-changes. He has extensive expertise in a variety of industries and functions, including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Huber was Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, serving as a core member of their transformation and operations practice areas. Previously, he was Managing Director and Partner at Bain & Company, working with clients in strategy, operations, and M&A.

Mr. Huber holds Master of Law, Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Innsbruck, Austria.

Michelle M. McCarthy is Interim CFO, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. A 16-year veteran of corporate finance, she is responsible for the company's financial reporting, accounting and tax operations.

Ms. McCarthy has extensive senior financial experience in accounting and reporting at several companies, including Analog Devices, Inc., where she was Corporate Controller. Before that, she served as Corporate Financial Reporting Manager at J. Jill, Inc. and Manager of the Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial Group within the assurance practice of Ernst and Young, LLP.

Ms. McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Suffolk University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Mitch Stevison is Executive Vice President of Mercury and President of its Mission Systems Division. In this role he leads Mercury’s largest business unit and is responsible for a broad portfolio including sensor and platform processing systems, trusted and secure mission systems, and Mercury’s international operations. Dr. Stevison brings to Mercury more than 18 years of global experience in the aerospace and defense industry including technology development, operations management, mergers, acquisitions, and business growth.

Prior to joining Mercury, he was Vice President of Strategy and Development for Raytheon Missiles & Defense. In that role, he led comprehensive business strategy, portfolio shaping, M&A, and investment opportunity evaluation to further advance the Raytheon Missiles & Defense portfolio. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Strategic and Naval Systems as well as Vice President and General Manager for Air and Missile Defense Systems at Raytheon Missile Systems. Prior to that, he was the senior director of the SM-3® program, where he was responsible for all variants of the SM-3® missile portfolio, both domestically and internationally. Dr. Stevison also held senior leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and at Miltec Systems, a Ducommun Company.

A U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Stevison retired from the Army in 2005, following an accomplished 20-year military career that included leadership roles with the Missile Defense Agency and the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command.

Roger Wells is Executive Vice President and President of Mercury’s Microelectronics Division. In this key role, he is responsible for growing the Microelectronics business while managing all aspects of the Division’s product development, engineering and manufacturing operations. 

Mr. Wells has more than 25 years’ experience across multiple disciplines including engineering, business development, program management, and executive management. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Unmanned & Integrated Solutions Business Unit of Teledyne FLIR with full P&L responsibility while ensuring high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. Earlier in his career, he worked as a DoD civilian supporting the development and fielding of world-wide C4ISR networks and information systems. He also held positions in Northrop Grumman and ICX Technologies and served as a private consultant for large aerospace and defense companies.

Mr. Wells earned his MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
